Mindfulness for Caregivers is an 8 week course to teach you tools and techniques that help you in building a Mindfulness habit that you can continue beyond the course. it's experiential - which means that you learn by practicing Mindfulness - every day. Having recently been a Caregiver myself (I still am to an extent), I understand the rollercoaster of emotions and that this can being and I will help you to understand how Mindfulness can help you find more awareness, peace, wisdom and compassion. Each week is themed with.a different topic, giving you variety of simple techniques you can incorporate into every day life. Venue: Online via Zoom Times: 19:00 to 20:15 each week. Session length can vary slightly dependent on class size and participation, but I allow 1 hour and 15 minutes so we are not rushed. Sessions usually last around 60 mins.
