Introduction to Mindfulness

If you want to dip your toe into the world of Mindfulness, then this course is for you.  The course is suitable for the workplace as well as the general public.

Over a period of 4 weeks, this experiential course will introduce you to some of the key concepts and some of the science behind mindfulness practice.

Each session lasts between 45 minutes and an hour, dependent on course numbers and the level of participation from attendees.
